Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between the customer and Clarity Pro Window Cleaning, LLC for the provision of window cleaning services. By engaging our services, the Customer agrees to adhere to these Terms.

 

Scope of Services:

The Company agrees to provide window cleaning services as described in the service agreement or invoice, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

 

Access and Safety:

The Company reserves the right to refuse the cleaning of windows that cannot be safely accessed or cleaned without the risk of injury or damage to property. The safety of our team and the protection of your property are our top priorities.

 

Obstruction and Hindrance:

The Customer must ensure that windows are clear of any obstructions, debris, or obstacles that could hinder or impede the cleaning process. The Company is not responsible for moving or removing objects that obstruct window access.

 

Damage Liability:

While we take every precaution to prevent damage during the window cleaning process, the Company will not be held liable for pre-existing damage to windows, or any damage caused during cleaning stemming from window condition. Any damage claims must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of service completion.

 

Pricing and Payment:

The invoice price for window cleaning services is based on the agreed-upon scope of work and does not change due to any windows not cleaned as a result of safety concerns or inaccessibility. Payment is due as per the terms outlined in the invoice.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

The Customer must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any service cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 15% of quoted price.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We take pride in our work and aim to provide a high level of service. If the Customer is not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will strive to address any concerns promptly and within reason.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality:

The Company respects the privacy of its customers and will not disclose or share any personal or confidential information. Company may use images of property for advertising and promotion reasons upon consent of property owner.

 

Termination of Service:

The Company reserves the right to terminate or refuse service at its discretion.

 

Force Majeure:

The Company shall not be held liable for any delays, non-performance, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or other acts of God.

 

Applicable Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.

 

Amendments:

The Company may amend these Terms at its sole discretion. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.

 

By engaging our window cleaning services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
